Mixed-Use Office Building at Valor Acres

The first building in the commercial district of its Valor Acres mixed-use development, the DiGeronimo Companies’ New Headquarters building will house the company’s corporate offices and serve as an anchor for the development.

The 5-story mixed-use office building will include retail space and indoor parking on the ground floor, while the upper floors will be for office use. Floors 4 and 5 will house office staff from Independence Construction, Independence Excavating, and DiGeronimo Development, bringing these currently separated entities together under one roof, making better use of shared resources and creating a more collaborative environment.

DiGeronimo Companies’ office space will include open workspaces and private offices. Features include a variety of small to large meeting rooms, informal meeting spaces, a large café with adjacent covered terrace, and wellness rooms.
