The sprawling 210-acre Forward Innovation Center West property in Brook Park was once home to Ford Motor Company’s Cleveland Engine Plant No. 2. Perfectly situated for multi-modal transportation access, including air and rail, the site borders I-71 and 480, with the Ohio Turnpike just a few miles away, and sits next to Cleveland Hopkins International Airport.

The first new building in the new development, this single-story structure was designed with a 32’ interior clear height and has insulated precast concrete panel exterior walls with an interior steel frame and a flat roof.
