Minutemen Staffing - HQ Expansion & Renovation

This project allows Minute Men Staffing – one of the largest staffing companies in the nation serving private employers – to consolidate and expand its headquarters in Midtown Cleveland. The 45,000 SF, 3-story addition features both offices and open workstations; a board room, conference rooms, smaller huddle rooms, and informal gathering spaces; a 2-story reception lobby; and a rooftop terrace.

The existing building was renovated and features a new café with a rooftop deck. The exterior brick was also stained to match the new building.

A glass-walled connector was added between the addition and the existing building, as well as an inviting courtyard for use by employees.
