This project consists of a new single-story distribution warehouse building for Cardinal Health, a full-service pharmaceutical distributor. Located at our Forward Innovation Center East industrial business park, the facility will feature a 238,640 SF warehouse area and a 10,000 SF office area to include reception, private offices, open office areas, conference spaces, a break room, and restrooms.
The structure will include precast concrete panel exterior walls with an interior steel frame and a multi-sloping room plane. The building is designed with a 36’ interior clear height.
